I'm going out today. Guess where I'll be going? I'm going for the Mother & Baby Magazine Cover Baby Contest.

Daddy received a call a few weeks ago to say I have been selected for this contest. Mummy was baffled as she had submitted my pic for the Baby Ido Contest and not the Cover baby contest. Well, for the fun of it why not?

Know why I have this expression on my face? I cant help it when I think of the long drive from home to Expo. Borrriinnggggggg.

Here's a pic of me and Daddy waiting for our turn. There are 20 babies in the semi-finals and I'm contestant No. 15.

Mummy's biggest surprise for today. She met her long-lost friend at the contest. Auntie Carol and Zacheuus (I hope I got his name right. Mummy went wah!!!! when Auntie Carol told her the name). Zacheuus is contestant No. 14. What a small world!

Auntie Carol was Mummy's kickboxing mate. They lost touch shortly after Auntie Carol got married and have since move to SengKang which I heard is also very far from our house.

Phew! Am glad it's finally over. I didnt get selected for the finals. Given that I didnt smile at all during the contest I'm not surprised. Daddy and Mummy say it's their lose anyway.

Nevermind that I didnt win the contest. Helen jie jie says I gain more exposure. No matter what I'm still the best in Daddy's and Mummy's eyes.

Oh yes, also have to thank Uncle Clement, Auntie Ginny and Fabian for coming to support me. Not forgetting Gong Gong, Mah Mah & Gu Gu though they were late and missed seeing me on stage.
