Mummy's 1st Try @ Cooking Cream of Pumpkin!

Wai-Gong gave us a big pumpkin and after making my usual pumpkin puree to freeze up there was still alot left, so Mummy have to think of other ways to cook it.

And Cream of Pumpkin came into her mind! Yes, she's going to try cooking it for me since she's on leave today!
Ta-dah! Looks pretty yummy doesnt it?! It taste even better after Mummy adds in a touch of dried parsley!






I'm having it as a late afternoon snack. Yummy and goes well with bread.
I love it! Even Helen jiejie enjoyed the soup
